In order to provide a full end to end implementation solution to our Telecommunication clients we created a civils division to ensure site preparedness. This has grown to a large contracting division where we have diversified to the extent where we now provide a large and varied number of civil services with a team of over 200 employees. Our Civils Division is resourced with qualified Civil Engineers and is managed by a dynamic management team.

Molapo Telecom civils

Our Civils division also has experience in RF fibre optic runs, antennae optimisation, cabinet replacement, fibre optic trenching and sleeve installation. Construction of Broadband fibre optic telecommunication sites in close proximity to railway lines, taking fibre optic cables from network facilities to the adjacent distribution yards.
