Molapo is committed to the principles and guidelines of the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Act. We have set ourselves stringent targets in the following categories of the codes of good practice viz: Ownership, Management and Control, Employment Equity, Skills Development, Preferential Procurement, Enterprise Development and Socio-Economic Development and currently Molapo is a Level 3 (AA) contributor.
The main shareholders of Molapo Technology are Safika Holdings, RMB Corvest and our black management and staff.
Molapo Technology is a truly broad-based economic empowered (BBBEE) company in which the black management plays an active role in the day-to-day managing and running of the business. We have exceeded the targets set in our Employment Equity Plan and are fully committed to transformation.
Molapo Technology is also actively involved in social responsibility projects. Each year we contribute significantly to various programmes that run in conjunction with major South African universities, to assist PDI engineers with their research in the ICT sector.
One ethic we will not compromise on, however, is our level of professionalism and our position of pre-eminence in supplying the highest level of electronic engineering excellence in solutions to our clients.
