Molapo Technology (Pty) Ltd has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) which comply to the requirements of the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO 9000:2008). The QMS was certified for the first time in 2001 by the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS). Since the first certification, the QMS has proven its suitability & effectiveness in such a way that Molapo Technology (Pty) Ltd has successfully passed three consecutive re-certification audits by the SABS.

The purpose of this implementation was not only to standardize all the process & procedures within the Organisation, but also to use the QMS as a Business Management System whereby continuous improvement can be initiated by making use of regular auditing and reviews. As Molapo Technology (Pty) Ltd value its customers as its most important asset, it is essential for the Organisation to ensure that service delivery of the Organisation is of the highest standard. In order to achieve this goal, the Organisation is committed to maintain the implemented QMS to such a level as to ensure total customer satisfaction throughout the service and product realization process.

The QMS was also implemented in such a way as to enable the integration of the Environmental Management System (based on the requirements of ISO 14001) together with the Occupational Health & Safety Management (based on the requirements of OHSAS 18001).

A number of our Service Provider clients have their own unique Quality control requirements which we have integrated into our TQM policies to ensure that our clients have the highest level of trust in our services and the control of their equipment.
